The Finance Minister Grant Robertson is hitting back at critics who say the Government has simply reannounced the infrastructure projects that had already been promised by the National; and New Zealanders being brought out of the Chinese city of Wuhan the centre of the coronavirus will be placed into quarantine when they get home.
